At Live Well, you are supported by Laura, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach trained through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, based in Mount Maunganui, NZ and working with clients online.

With 9 years of experience in the health industry as an Occupational Therapist across New Zealand and England, Laura brings a considered, holistic perspective. Her work reflects a shift away from reactive healthcare towards a more proactive, preventative approach to chronic disease, injury recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Your experience is guided by Te Whare Tapa Whā, a framework that ensures all pillars of your health are considered. By identifying where key areas of wellbeing may be out of balance, you are able to address the root cause of your concerns with greater clarity and efficiency.

This work is informed by both professional training and lived experience. Through navigating challenges such as poor nutrition, chronic stress, hormonal imbalance and burnout, Laura developed a deeper understanding of what sustainable health requires. That insight now shapes how you are supported in creating lasting change.

Through further study, working with naturopaths, and time spent overseas, alongside completing a 200hr Vinyasa Krama Yoga Teacher Training, this approach has been refined into what is now Live Well.

You are supported with the understanding that healing is not linear. At different stages of life, aspects of your wellbeing can fall out of balance. With the right guidance, that process becomes more grounded, clear and sustainable.

Our main areas of focus:

Gut and hormonal health

Nervous system regulation and cortisol balance

Chronic disease prevention

Women’s wellbeing and cycle awareness

Whole foods nutrition and food education

Stress, sleep and lifestyle management

Identifying underlying physical, emotional and mental imbalances

Sensory processing and its impact on daily life

Why work with me? My values and promises to you.

I don’t work out of scope, so I will always endeavour to recommend the right practitioner for you, if it isn’t myself.

I will always guide you to find your own answers to what you know needs to change deep down, and guide you through this process, not “solving” your problems.

Transformation and change is only possible when goals are sustainable, so I always get into the nitty gritty of your likes, dislikes, current situation and life’s realities when it comes to life and dietary changes.

I won’t tell you what to do or what you should be doing. Everyone is their own person and has their own bio-individual needs so we work together when putting together a plan.
