Or just the sense that the pace you're running at isn't sustainable, and you want help building something steadier before the cost gets higher.
You're not after another quick fix or a rigid plan that doesn't fit into your real life. You want thoughtful, personalised support that respects your intelligence and your time, and that helps you understand what's actually going on so you can make change that feels sustainable.
Every body is different. Your story, your patterns, your symptoms, and your day-to-day life are nothing like anyone else's, and the advice that works for the person next to you won't always work for you.
Individual sessions give us the space to work out what's actually happening for you specifically, and what kinds of changes will hold up in your life. Drawing on over a decade of clinical experience alongside my own lived health experience, I bring together behaviour change, nervous system support, nutrition and natural health, and lifestyle practices into something built around you. We work together to create a way of supporting your health that works.
Every initial session includes:
A pre-session health history intake, sent to you when you book
A 60-minute private session, in person or over video call
A written personalised plan built around your specific situation updated after every session
Clear next steps for what ongoing support can look like

Sessions are held in person at our Mount Maunganui clinic or over video call, whichever suits you better.
