How do I get started?

The first step is to get in touch and have a chat. I offer a 15 minute, no-pressure call so we can talk through where you're at, what you're hoping to shift, and whether working together makes sense. Book yours now


Can I work with you alongside my doctor, psychologist, or other practitioner?

Yes, and I promote this as it allows me to work with other important people in your journey to ensure we are providing you the best support and outcomes.


Do you work online or in person?

I offer 1:1 in person sessions at my Mount Maunganui space for stretch therapy clients. Online is an option at your request. The option for 1:1 consults in person is available in person or online. All group programmes are online. Workplace wellbeing engagements are at your place of work, unless you request that this is online.
