Your Day Looks

9.30 am - 4.30 pm

Set your intentions, breathe deep, and start the day with a slow flow stretch. All levels welcome.

Time to eat, connect, and get fuelled for the day.

A 60 minute holistic workshop led by your host, women’s wellbeing specialist, Laura.

A functional pilates session guided by Bay of Plenty pilates teacher, Daisy, designed to move your full body, leaving you feeling long and strong.

Refuel after your pilates session with a nutrient-dense lunch spread to nourish your gut, and fuel your body.

Time to relax, unwind, and enjoy the gorgeous facilities. Sauna, spa, plunge pool. Walk, read a book, rest, this is your time to take a moment to breathe and be still.

Reflection time is so beneficial for your mental health. Time for you to reflect on the day. Laura can help guide you, or you can free flow.

A meditative type of yoga. This final session will leave you feeling deeply rested and restored.

Laura is a women’s wellness advocate. After navigating her own health journey, she went on to become an Occupational Therapist, certified Health Coach and Yoga Teacher. She has years of experience supporting others and can’t wait to welcome you on this full-day retreat.
